This news is just in..... ZDDPlus an oil additive designed to restore the ZDDP in modern engine oils has joined up with F.A.S.T. again in 2009 as a F.A.S.T. Series Sponsor. F.A.S.T. anticipates a long lasting relationship with ZDDPlus. F.A.S.T. participants and fans own and drive many pre-ODB cars with flat tappet hydraulic and solid camshafts, Modern engine oil has reduced the ZDDP additive to extend catalytic convertor life, but older engines with flat tappet cams need the extreme pressure lubricating ability of ZDDP. A 4oz. bottle of ZDDPlus added to 5 quarts of motor oil will restore the ZDDP to their proper level.
